From now on Javo offers her customers an unique possibility: Javo InfoNet. Via a personal portal, Javo customers can have free access to information about their own machine(s). For example, drawings with spare part numbers, first help with trouble shooting, manuals but also short videos with working instructions.
Javo InfoNet is available in three languages and is exclusively available for Javo customers. Customers can apply fora n account via the tab Infonet on the website. After the customer received his password, the access to Javo Infonet is completed.
Javo is the only horticultural company that offers such a solution and is proud of this. Every Javo machine is provided with a unique serial number since the last 28 years. By this number, Javo can offer a client specific area with all available information, which differs per customer.
According to Javo, service is a very important part of its company and with Javo Infonet it is able to provide customers with as many information and comfort as possible.
